Applying over 20 years of experience in Software Engineering services on a Time and Materials (purchased time), Consulting and Outsource Services basis.

AMTEC has developed proprietary systems and supported projects for Commercial operations, Government projects and Fortune 1000 Companies throughout the United States.

Developed applications interfacing to Oracle DBMS and custom coding specifications. Wrote Xlib support modules. Utilized Xlib calls, Xview, OpenLook, and OSF/Motif on a wide range of host hardware from PCs to high-end Sun workstations. C and C++ programming, as well as Object Oriented graphical software CAD tools.

VAX/VMS hardware and soft ware development, installation, operation, and maintenance, including current knowledge and expertise in VMS internals and device drivers, as well as custom kernel-mode code development.

Developed ORACLE TCP/IP network system. Work was done on VAX/VMS system utilizing "C" Integrated network system into the Oracle database. Provided support of Systems Programming and System Architecture requirements.

Provided programming support in network design, development, and implementation to include full DECNET, TCP/IP, and AppleTalk (LocalTalk) systems. Experienced with ETHERNET, point-to-point, and custom configurations, as well as hardware devices and numerous link-level protocols.
